Shipping Policy

Falak Rice (Matco Foods Limited) delivers orders placed on estore.falakrice.com to customers across Pakistan.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 4–5 working days in Karachi and 5–6 working days in other cities from the date the order is confirmed. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched on working days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details where available.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery address

Please make sure your name, full address and phone number are correct at checkout. Our courier partner may call you before delivery. If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address or the customer being unreachable, delivery may be delayed.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will help you resolve it according to our Exchange / Return Policy.
